Active and Inactive QR Codes
Understand why the active QR count can be different from the total number of QR records stored in your account.
What counts toward your QR limit
Only active dynamic QR codes count toward the configured Dynamic QR allowance. Inactive QR codes are shown separately. Direct URL mode is handled separately and does not behave like a tracked dynamic QR.
Good to know: Starter QR codes created automatically during provisioning may be marked as allowance-exempt by the administrator.
