Bulk QR Campaigns & Personalized QR Codes
Generate many personalized QR codes from CSV data while carrying recipient IDs, destination variables, and UTM attribution.
How Bulk QR Campaigns work
Bulk QR Campaigns let you define a reusable campaign once and generate personalized QR codes from CSV rows. CSV headers automatically become template variables.
Variables
Variables can be used in QR names, destination URLs, UTM fields, WordPress page content, and supported campaign content. Missing external_id values receive an opaque identifier.
Identity forwarding
When identity forwarding is enabled, destinations can receive rid and cid so forms and RSVP flows can identify the recipient without placing personal details directly in the URL.
Import size
Up to 1,000 CSV rows are processed per import, and normal QR plan limits are enforced.
Tip: Starter campaign templates include examples for real estate and business-card use cases, with sample CSV files.
