Customer Plan Overrides & Expiration
Temporarily or permanently override a customer’s effective plan from the main-site user profile.
Plan Override
The main-site/network user profile can override the customer’s subscription-derived plan without changing WooCommerce billing.
Expiration options
- Manual — no expiration
- 7 days
- 30 days
- Next billing cycle
Effective plan
Entitlement checks use the override while it is active. When the expiration passes, the plugin removes the override metadata and falls back to the subscription plan.
Tip: Use an expiring override for trials, temporary upgrades, service recovery, or demonstrations without changing the recurring subscription product.
