Sidebar workflow

| Templates | Install managed QR, Page, Form, and CRM Campaign templates available to your account. |
| Pages | Hosted pages when your plan includes Pages. |
| Forms | Fluent Forms when your plan includes Forms. |
| Bookings | FluentBooking calendars when your plan includes Bookings and the plugin is available. |
| CRM | FluentCRM when CRM access is included. |
| Activity | Detailed scan activity and filters. |
| Media | Images, QR downloads saved to Media, logos, and other uploads. |
| Account & Security | Profile, password, and security features such as Wordfence 2FA. |
Collapsing the sidebar
On desktop, the sidebar can be collapsed or expanded from the brand/logo area or another non-interactive blank area. Navigation links still behave normally. The collapsed logo is centered.
Light and dark mode
The bottom of the sidebar includes the appearance control. FluentBooking and FluentCRM are synchronized to their native light/dark themes when available. Other managed dashboard screens use the qr-codes.biz dashboard theme.
