Dynamic QR Codes vs. Direct URL QR Codes
Understand the difference between a managed dynamic QR code and a QR code that encodes a destination directly.
Dynamic mode
Most QR codes use a permanent tracking address on your qr-codes.biz site. That permanent address redirects the visitor to the destination you selected. You can change the destination later while the printed QR remains the same.
Direct URL mode
Some accounts may be allowed to encode the source URL directly. Direct mode does not use the qr-codes.biz redirect and therefore does not provide scan analytics through the QR tracker.
