Forms: Active Limits, Templates & Submissions
Understand how Fluent Forms works inside a managed plan and why inactive template forms do not consume active form slots.
Plan availability
Forms appears only when your effective plan includes more than 0 Forms. The dashboard and Forms toolbar show active usage against your allowance.
Active vs. inactive
Only active Fluent Forms count toward the Form allowance. Inactive sample/template forms can remain stored without consuming an active slot, but activating a form is blocked when it would exceed the plan limit.
Submissions
Plans can also include a monthly submission allowance. A submission limit of 0 disables form submissions for that plan.
Good to know: The Integrations/Add-ons package-management area is hidden on managed customer sites. Package installation and plugin management remain administrator-controlled.
