What counts as active

Inactive resources
Inactive QR codes, draft/inactive Pages, and inactive Forms can remain available as templates or work-in-progress items without using an active slot. The dashboard shows active and inactive counts separately.
Zero allowances
A limit of 0 means the feature is disabled for that plan. The corresponding sidebar item can be hidden and direct access can be blocked.
Good to know: Plan values can be changed by the administrator. Always use the Plan Usage strip and sidebar counters as the current effective values for your account.
